White Rose was founded in 2006 by Akgüller Motor Factory, acting in the sector since 1990. Above mentioned company has been making production for 22 years in Istanbul under the name of Akgüller Motor, on the other hand, the company has been continuing its production under the name of White Rose in its factory established in Karaman since 2006.
We have currently 22 items in total under White Rose brand name, which consist of; 12 main item and their models and spare parts. Industrial Group: Industrial Factory Doors, PVC Canvas doors, Loading ramp and Loading bellows. Parking Area Group: Parking Area Barrier systems, Sliding Door motors, Individual park systems. Automatic Doors: Door with photocell, Hermetic Surgery room doors, Rotating Doors, Fire Doors, Security Group: Rising Bollard, Trap, Road Blocker, Home Automation; Garage Doors, Doors with Radar, Garden Gate Motors.
White Rose makes sales through its main country distributors in foreign market. Now the company makes sales to 17 countries and completed its structuring in 7 countries. Primarily in Middle East Countries, company has a market in Asia as well such as ; Turkic Republics and Russia and Ukraine. In Europe; delivery is provided to France, Holland, Romania and Germany.
White Rose accomplishes its sales from Marmara Regional Directorate located in Istanbul and Karaman Central Factory. Through Regional Main Distributorships located in the country, products are first delivered to auxiliary distributors, and then to final users.
Although major part of production of White Rose is maintained in Karaman Central Factory, some items are also produced in Marmara Production Plants.
Electro mechanic motors do not need maintenance for short term. On the other hand, for long term; doors may be maintained under the supervision of authorized service and their economic life may be extended.
Velocity of active motors are produced in standard speed at factory production and can not be changed. Jet series motors are adjusted for standard speed, the speed may be increased or reduced by the authorized service according to the position of the motor. Survey can be made under the supervision of authorized service and wrong preferences may be avoided beforehand.
According to technical data of garden door motors, the model appropriate with your door should be chosen. Door length and weight is very important. Motor can be damaged due to wrong model options. Survey should be made under the supervision of authorized dealer and service, thus wrong preferences may be avoided beforehand.
Our garden door motors are operable in conformity with all kinds of access control systems. They may be operated by remote control, button, plate recognition, ogs entrance system; card entrance etc. control systems.
Differences between active series and jet series may be checked from technical data. Active series motors are produced with AC- DC options as 2 different model, having 600 – 800 kg. carrying capacity for doors with 4- 6 meter long, whereas jet series motors are produced in different models in 1000 – 5000 Kg for doors with 6- 12 meter long.
Dc model option becomes active during a power cut due to its battery system and provides the system to be on and off for 100 times. ( Number and period of operation depends on the length and weight of the door)
Electro mechanic barriers do not need maintenance in short term. For the long term, spring adjustment, efficiency of battery, etc. maintenance is provided and their economic life may be extended accordingly.
Barriers are subject to standard production which is black in color. For further color options, factory should be contacted.
Velocity of barriers is constant at the end of the production progress and can not be changed.
Length of arm of dynamic and solar star models are produced upon 4 – 6 meter options as a standard application. Arm length of Pars Lx model is 4 meter as a standard application. The chain of long chain barrier is produced in 25 meter as a standard application, for special measures, factory should be contacted.

Rising bollards are produced in 500 x 260 x 27 mm or 900 x 260 x 50 mm sizes as a standard application in various models. According to specifications, production with special sizes and forms is available.
Opening and closing speeds of rising bollards change between 4 -6 seconds averagely as a standard application. Against terror incidents, opening and closing speeds may be optionally adjusted to 1 second according to the dimensions of the bollard.

K12 Crash Test was performed by White Rose Research and Development Department on 17.05. 2008 at the test area allocated to White Rose in Karaman Organized Industrial Zone before Notary and Engineers and in compliance with K12 Norms. Before Crash Test, two engineers assigned by the Chamber of Engineers determined together with the Notary that the vehicle was not modified and axle shafts were removed for acceleration purpose. 79 model Ford - truck was released from the ramp with 45 degree – slope while it was operating, and the truck was loaded by a weight of 2900 kg to its case, thus the total weight of the truck was increased to 7500 kg. The vehicle reached a velocity of 88 km. and crashed to road blocker by applying a pressure of 50 ton, and the blocker cut the car into parts and avoided the vehicle- which accomplished its duty- to reach its objective. Above mentioned information was documented officially by the Notary. The parts which were damaged in the car are; Motor, gear box and shaft were broken into pieces and fell down. Steering box and steering column shaft were bended became dysfunctional. Metal cup was smashed and hit the ground. Frame assembly was bended and spring connections of one side was ruptured. Front wheels were bended and leaned to chassis.

Our remote controls’ operating frequency is 433,9 Mhz. They are divided into 3 models ; S2 model is produced as programming with fixed code 2 channeled deep switch, K4 model is produced as programming with fixed code 4 channeled deep switch, and R4 model is produced as programming with variable code 4 channeled device.
It is the Gsm module which enables connection with the door operator and your mobile phone. The design of Mobile phone was considered to offer the opportunity to the customers that they should not carry mobile phone. Due to mobile phone, you shall be able to control the door. When you come close to your door, to ring by your mobile phone shall enable your door to be opened.
Digital function selector which is designed to be used for doors with photocell both shows the position of the door and provides easy control. It transmits the motions of the door, failures of the door and the mode in which the door is applicable by displaying at the digital screen.
Radar, approaching photocell, card reader password panel systems which have been designed for being used for doors with photocell facilitate the control of the door. Radar system enables the door to be opened when a moving object approaches the door. Approaching photocell generally enables the door to be opened by a knee action without contact in surgery rooms. Card reader password panel generally provides entrance with card or password at places which are required to be followed up by the relevant personnel.
