It is an image processing technology which is based on the basis of defining the plate characters on the images received from the cameras thanks to the plate recognition software in the computers, backuping the defined characters in the database with the ASCII character codes and inquiring the said characters together with the plate information and digital photos of the vehicles, the plates of which are read. This technology can be used in the car parks for authorized entry and exit procedures, security applications, traffic projects and many other purposes.
